Ā š Day 117: Strength in Being a New Creation
ā
Scripture:
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
ā 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
š Focus:
God strengthens us by making us new in Christ.
š Reflection:
When we surrender our lives to Jesus, we are NOT a better version of the old self āwe are completely transformed. Our old life, defined by sin and weakness, is replaced with a new identity in Christ.
Before Christ, we were burdened by sin, shame, and struggles. But now, we are forgiven, set free, and filled with His power. Our past no longer defines usāGod does. This truth gives us the strength to overcome guilt, past mistakes, fears, and limitations.
Even if we donāt feel different, God has already made us new. The Holy Spirit is given to continually shape us, renew our minds, and give us the strength to live according to His purpose.

š Focus:
We have strength in Christās victory over sin.
š Reflection:
Before we knew Christ, sin had power over us. It controlled our thoughts, actions, and desires. But now, we are set free from sinās grip. Through Jesusā death and resurrection, we are no longer slaves to sināwe have the strength to resist and walk in righteousness.
This doesnāt mean temptation disappears, but sin no longer has control over us. Godās grace gives us the strength to choose righteousness. Whenever we feel weak, we can stand on the truth that Christās victory is our victory.

- Do you live as though sin no longer has power over you?

š Day 119: Strength in My New Identity as a Child of God
ā
Scripture:
“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”
ā 1 John 3:1 (NIV)
š Focus:
Our identity as Godās children gives us strength.
š Reflection:
One of the greatest sources of strength in our new life is knowing who we are in Christ. We are no longer lost, rejected, or insignificantāwe are children of God, loved and chosen by Him. This truth changes everything.
When we fully embrace our identity as Godās children, we no longer live in fear, doubt, or insecurity. We are deeply loved, fully accepted, and given a divine inheritance. We are not just servants of Godāwe are His sons and daughters, part of His family.
As Godās children, we have access to His throne of grace. We can come boldly before Him, knowing that He hears us, cares for us, and provides for our needs. We are not alone in our strugglesāour heavenly Father is with us, strengthening us in every situation.
The enemy will try to make us doubt our identity, whispering lies that we are unworthy, forgotten, or unloved. But we must stand firm in the truth: God has called us His own. He has given us His Spirit, marked us as His children, and promised never to leave us. This is where our strength comes fromānot in what we do, but in who we are in Him.
No matter what challenges we face, we can walk in confidence, knowing that we belong to God and His strength is always available to us.
ā Reflection Questions:
- Do you fully embrace your identity as Godās child or struggle with doubt and insecurity?
- How does knowing you belong to God give you strength in difficult times?
- What can you do today to remind yourself of your identity in Christ?

š Day 120: Strength to Live a Transformed Life
ā
Scripture:
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
ā Romans 12:2 (NIV)
š Focus:
God gives us the strength to live a transformed life.
š Reflection:
Living a transformed life is one of the most powerful testimonies of God’s work in us. When we come to Christ, we are given a new identityāour old self is gone, and we are made new in Him. However, this transformation is not a one-time event but a continuous process that requires intentionality, commitment, and, most importantly, God’s strength.
Romans 12:2 speaks directly to this process, urging us to “not conform to the pattern of this world,” but instead to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This is a call to change our thinking, values, and actions in line with God’s Word. The worldās ways often pull us toward self-centeredness, pride, and temporary pleasures, but God calls us to something far greaterāHis Kingdom and His purposes.
The transformation of our minds is not a passive process. We actively choose to set our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2), to meditate on Godās Word (Psalm 1:2), and to seek His wisdom (James 1:5). As we do this, God equips us with the strength to break free from old patterns of behaviour, habits that once defined us but now no longer hold power over us. It’s not always easyāthere will be moments of struggle where the pull of the old nature seems strong. But we can take heart, for it is God’s power at work in us, enabling us to overcome (Philippians 2:13).
This transformation affects every part of our lives: our thoughts, words, actions, and attitudes. As we renew our minds with God’s truth, we begin to reflect His love, grace, and righteousness more fully. Our relationships, work, and daily decisions begin to align with His will, and we start to look more like Jesus. This doesn’t mean perfection, but it does mean progress, as we continue to grow in holiness and righteousness.
Through this transformation process, God is not just changing what we do but changing who we are. He is shaping us into His likeness, making us more capable of fulfilling His calling on our lives. So, let us press forward, leaning on His strength, relying on His grace, and trusting in His promise that He who began a good work in us will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
ā Reflection Questions:
- What areas of your life still need transformation?
- How can you allow God to renew your mind daily?
š Prayer:
Lord, I surrender my thoughts and actions to You. Transform me and give me strength to walk in Your ways. In Jesusā name, Amen.
š£ Confession:
Godās power is transforming me. My mind is renewed by His Word, and I walk in His strength.
ā” Challenge:
Replace one negative thought today with a biblical truth.
šÆ Takeaway:
God strengthens you to live a transformed lifeāembrace the renewal!
š Day 121: Strength in Knowing That the Eternal Life of God Flows in Me
š Scripture:
1 John 5:11 (AMPC) ā āAnd this is that testimony (that evidence): God gave us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.ā
šÆ Focus:
God has not only promised us eternal life, He has already given it to usāthrough His Son, Jesus. This life is not just a future hope, but a present reality. Eternal life flows in every believer, empowering us with spiritual vitality, divine strength, and unshakable identity in Christ.
š” Reflection:
The eternal life of God isn’t merely about being deathless, living foreverāit’s about possessing God’s very nature, right now. When we understand that Godās life is within us, we walk differently. We rise above fear, weakness, sickness and hopelessness because His life sustains and empowers us.
This life transforms how we think, speak, and respond to lifeās pressures. No situation is greater than the life of God within us. His eternal, victorious, overcoming life is in you. Let this truth anchor your identity and confidence today. Believe it and speak it.
ā Reflection Questions:
- Do I live daily aware that the life of God flows in me?
- What areas of my life would change if I truly believed that eternal life empowers me now?
- How can I respond to todayās challenges differently, knowing I carry Godās divine life?
š Prayer:
Father, thank You for the gift of eternal life through Your Son. Help me to walk daily with the awareness that Your divine, eternal life flows in me. Let this truth renew my mind, transform my behavior, and strengthen my spirit. May I reflect Your nature in all I do, in Jesusā name, Amen.
š£ļø Confession:
Godās eternal life flows in me. I am not weak or defeatedāI am filled with divine strength and vitality. The same life that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in me. I walk in boldness, peace, health, strength and victory because of who lives in me.
āļø Challenge:
Each time you face a moment of discouragement, doubt, or fatigue today, declare: āGodās eternal life is in meāI have strength, peace, and victory.ā Let this become your first response instead of fear or frustration.
š§ Takeaway:
You are not waiting for eternal lifeāyou already have it. Godās life in you is your source of strength, confidence, and power. Live today knowing that His eternal life flows in you, energizes you, and defines who you are.
š Day 122: Strength in Believing That I Can Do All Things Through Christ
š Scripture:
Philippians 4:13 (AMPC) ā āI have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].ā
šÆ Focus:
True strength is not found in self-confidenceāit is found in Christ-confidence. Paulās declaration is not arrogance but complete reliance on Christās power at work in him. The same strength is available to you. No challenge is too great, no assignment too hard, no burden too heavy when Christ empowers you.
š” Reflection:
This verse isnāt about pushing through on your ownāit’s about partnership with Christ. When you believe He is your strength, your limitations no longer define your potential. You become ready for anything and equal to anything because He infuses you with strength from within.
Your sufficiency does not come from how talented, prepared, or strong you feel. It comes from being in Him. He equips you for what Heās called you to do. Whether facing trials or walking in your purpose, you are not alone. You are empowered.
ā Reflection Questions:
- Where do I tend to rely on my own strength instead of Christās?
- How would my attitude or confidence change if I truly believed Christ is empowering me daily?
- What is one task or challenge I can face today, fully relying on His strength?
š Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I thank You that I donāt have to face life in my own strength. You are my source. Infuse me today with the power I need for everything Youāve called me to do. Let me walk confidently, knowing I am sufficient because You are sufficient in me. In Your name, Amen.
š£ļø Confession:
I am strong in Christ. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. I am not overwhelmed, defeated, or incapableāChrist is my ability, my sufficiency, and my strength from within.
āļø Challenge:
Approach today with the mindset that Christ is empowering you every step of the way. When you feel weak or uncertain, pause and declare Philippians 4:13 out loud. Let it shift your atmosphere and fuel your determination.
š§ Takeaway:
You are not alone. Christ is living in you, empowering you with His divine strength. Every moment you choose to believe that truth, you walk in victoryānot because of your ability, but because of His strength flowing through you.
š Day 123: Strength in Believing I Am Godās Chosen Treasure
š Scripture:
1 Peter 2:9 (TPT) ā āBut you are Godās chosen treasureāpriests who are kings, a spiritual ānationā set apart as Godās devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience His marvelous light, and now He claims you as His very own. He did this so that you would broadcast His glorious wonders throughout the world.ā
šÆ Focus:
You are not ordinaryāyou are Godās chosen treasure. This identity is not based on performance, background, or abilityāit is a divine declaration. You were handpicked by God, set apart for His purpose, and claimed as His own. Let this truth strengthen your heart and anchor your confidence today.
š” Reflection:
Being chosen by God means you are deeply valued, eternally loved, and intentionally placed where you are for a purpose. You were called out of darkness not just to be rescued, but to shineāto carry the light and glory of God into every space you walk into.
You are a royal priesthoodāboth a worshipper and a warrior. You are Godās representative on the earth. Strength comes when you stop seeing yourself as unworthy or insignificant and start believing the identity God has spoken over you: Chosen. Treasure. His.
ā Reflection Questions:
- Do I truly believe I am Godās chosen treasure, or do I struggle with feelings of unworthiness?
- How can this truth reshape the way I see myself and live out my calling?
- What does it look like to ābroadcast His glorious wondersā in my daily life?
š Prayer:
Father, thank You for choosing me and calling me Your treasure. Help me to fully embrace this identityānot with pride, but with confidence in Your love and purpose for me. Let me reflect Your light and boldly declare Your wonders to the world. In Jesusā name, Amen.
š£ļø Confession:
