🌟 Weekly Introduction
Shammah, as we journey deeper into belovedness, God now calls us to the response of love. We are not only His beloved children—we are also lovers of God. The greatest command is clear: love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
This is not half-hearted affection, nor occasional passion, but total devotion. Loving God wholeheartedly means:
- Heart — giving Him our emotions, affections, and desires.
- Soul — surrendering our identity, will, and inner life.
- Mind — aligning our thoughts, reasoning, and imaginations with His truth.
- Strength — offering our bodies, energy, and efforts in service.
This week we will walk through each part of this command and align every part of our being to love Him completely.
📅 Day 71 – Friday, 17th October
Tagline: Loving God With My Whole Heart
Scripture: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” — Deuteronomy 6:5
🔎 Focus
Love for God begins in the heart—the center of affection and devotion.
💡 Reflection
Our hearts are often pulled in many directions—toward people, ambitions, or distractions. But God commands that our heart’s first and greatest affection be set on Him. To love Him with all our heart means He becomes the treasure we pursue above all else. When He has our heart, obedience flows naturally.
🙏 Prayer
Father, I give You my whole heart today. Take every affection, every desire, and align them with You. Remove competing loves and distractions. Fill my heart with passion for Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
📣 Declaration (in the chat)
👉 I love the Lord with all my heart. Nothing else takes His place.
⚡ Challenge / Activation
Take 10 minutes today to write down three things your heart often chases more than God. Pray over each one and declare: “You will not have my heart. My heart belongs to God.”
🎯 Takeaway
When God has your heart, everything else finds its rightful place.
📅 Day 72 – Saturday, 18th October
Tagline: Love Shown in Obedience
Scripture: “…Love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him… with all your heart and with all your soul.” — Joshua 22:5
🔎 Focus
Love for God is proven not by words alone but by obedience.
💡 Reflection
It is possible to say “I love You, Lord” with our lips but deny it with our actions. Obedience is the true evidence of love. To obey Him is to trust Him. Every act of obedience, whether great or small, is a love offering that says: “Father, I choose You above my own way.”
🙏 Prayer
Lord, teach me to express love through obedience. Even when it is difficult or costly, help me to choose Your will over my own. May my obedience be joyful, not burdensome. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
