A person may be genuinely gifted and genuinely called while still requiring growth. Correction, accountability, emotional stability, discipline, and private obedience help ensure that gifting does not carry someone beyond the strength of their character.
Healing Before Influence
Unresolved pain can shape how a person serves, leads, teaches, and relates to others. God heals the heart so that ministry can flow from wholeness rather than from unmet emotional needs.
Intimacy Before Overflow
God is moving His people from merely doing things for Him to living in fellowship with Him. Healthy ministry becomes an overflow of what God has already formed within the believer.
Stability Under Pressure
Pressure reveals what preparation has not strengthened. God establishes His people so that criticism, responsibility, disappointment, or opposition will not cause them to collapse.
