In preparation for Shammah to be rightly positioned by God, our focus is on deep personal and corporate consecration. We desire God to continue to search our hearts thoroughly, exposing the works of the flesh: untouched areas, hidden motives, and any form of self-deception or lies we have believed. We want to be found true before Him, fully cleansed and aligned, so we come before God in the posture of Hebrews 10:22 — “Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.”
Day 1 8th– A Clean and Undivided Heart
Scripture: Psalm 51:10 Create a new, clean heart within me. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please you.
Devotional Focus: Begin by asking God to cleanse and realign the heart of Shammah. Purity is the foundation for Kingdom positioning.
Corporate Prayer:
Father, we come before You, asking as David did, “Create in us clean hearts, O God, and renew right spirits within us.” Wash away every stain of sin and every residue of compromise. Remove double-mindedness from us and replace it with a single, steady focus on You. Let our thoughts, desires, and intentions be pure. Align our inner man so that our lives reflect the holiness of the One we serve.
Declaration: We are a people with clean hands and pure hearts, aligned with God’s will. (Write in the chat)
Activation: Dedicate 15 minutes today to pray Psalm 51 aloud as a corporate cleansing prayer.
Day 2 9th– The Light of God to Search Us
Scripture: Psalm 139:23–24 God, I invite your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through; find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is any path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to your glorious, everlasting ways—the path that brings me back to you.
Devotional Focus: Invite God to expose what is hidden—motives, fears, and blind spots that hinder His move.
Corporate Prayer:
Lord, shine the light of Your Spirit into every hidden place of our hearts. Search us and know our thoughts; test us and reveal any anxious or fearful way within us. If there is anything in us that grieves You or blocks Your flow through us, expose it. Lead us out of darkness and into the everlasting way of truth, love, and obedience.
Declaration: We welcome the light of God to search and cleanse every hidden place in us. (Write in the chat)
Activation: Spend 10 minutes in silence, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal areas that need surrender. Write down what He shows.
Day 3 10th– Freedom from Self-Deception
Scripture: Jeremiah 17:9–10 The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly perverse and corrupt and severely, mortally sick! Who can know it [perceive, understand, be acquainted with his own heart and mind]? I the Lord search the mind, I try the heart, even to give to every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.
Devotional Focus: Break agreement with self-deception and false self-assessment.
Corporate Prayer:
Father, we acknowledge that without Your truth, our hearts can deceive us. Where we have judged ourselves righteous but are far from Your standard, correct us. Where we have excused sin or justified wrong attitudes, confront us in love. You, O Lord, search the heart and test the mind—do Your work in us until our hearts and thoughts are fully aligned with You.
Declaration: We reject self-deception and embrace God’s truth over our own perception. (Write in the chat)
Activation: Ask a trusted leader or intercessor to pray with you for discernment and truth in all areas of life and ministry.
Day 4 11th– Replacing Lies with Truth
Scripture: John 8:31–32 So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My word [hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples. And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.
Devotional Focus: Identify and remove lies that have shaped thinking, replacing them with God’s Word.
Corporate Prayer:
Lord Jesus, we choose to abide in Your Word because Your Word is truth. Reveal to us every lie we have believed—about You, about ourselves, and about others. Uproot falsehood from our minds and plant the seed of Your truth. Let Your truth make us free from wrong thinking, false identity, and ungodly fear.
Declaration: We are disciples of Jesus, walking in truth that makes us free.(Write in the chat)
Activation: Write down three lies God shows you and replace each with a scripture that declares His truth.
Day 5 12th – Repentance and Purity
Scripture: James 4:8 Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life, you sinners, and keep your heart pure and stop doubting.
Devotional Focus: Purity is restored through repentance, humility, and surrender.
Corporate Prayer:
Lord, we draw near to You with repentance and humility. Wash our hands from sinful actions and purify our hearts from unclean desires. Where we have been double-minded—wanting both the world and You—deliver us. Let our devotion be single and our obedience complete, so we may walk in purity before You.
Declaration: We are cleansed, purified, and devoted fully to the Lord.(Write in the chat)
Activation: Choose one practical action that reflects repentance (e.g., reconciliation, removing a distraction, fasting from a habit).
Day 6 13th – Humility to Receive Correction
Scripture: Proverbs 28:13 He who covers his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes his sins will obtain mercy.
Devotional Focus: The path to mercy is openness to correction and willingness to change.
Corporate Prayer:
Father, we humble ourselves before You, refusing to hide or cover our sins. We confess them openly, knowing that when we forsake them, we receive Your mercy. Give us hearts that welcome correction and spirits that quickly respond to conviction. Let us always value Your voice over our pride.
Declaration: We are a people who embrace correction and walk in God’s mercy. (Write in the chat)
Activation: Ask God to show you one area where you need correction; share it with a prayer partner for accountability.
Day 7 14th – Full Readiness for Kingdom Positioning
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:21 So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences] will [then himself] be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work.
Devotional Focus: Consecration prepares us to be vessels of honor—ready for God’s positioning.
Corporate Prayer:
Father, we cleanse ourselves from anything that dishonors You—every sin, every weight, every distraction. Sanctify us as vessels for honor. Prepare us for every good work You have ordained. Position us exactly where You want us, and make us faithful stewards of the assignments You place in our hands.
Declaration: We are sanctified vessels, ready for our rightful place in the Kingdom. (Write in the chat)
Activation: Pray for our leaders, and members, asking God to position them according to His will.
Closing Consecration Prayer
Lord, according to Hebrews 10:22, as we draw near with true hearts in full assurance of faith, our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water we yield to Your searching, Your cleansing, and Your positioning. We are Yours, wholly, willingly, and without reserve. In Jesus’ name, Amen
