(Abiding • Ease • Non-Performance)
(From Being Led to Living Established)
Formation aim:
To help participants recognize and release effort around spirituality and allow relationship to become natural, steady, and unforced.
Â
đź”” OPENINGÂ
This week is not about maintaining what you’ve learned.
It’s about noticing what happens when you stop trying to maintain it.
Remaining with God is not something you do.
It is something you allow.
This week, we are learning how to stay relational
without effort, pressure, or self-monitoring.
Â
Overview
Weeks 20–25 gently shifted us.
We learned to notice the Holy Spirit.
We learned to stay with Him.
We yielded control.
We let peace set the pace.
We noticed the difference between being led and being managed.
Now something even quieter happens.
Week 26 is not about maintaining what you’ve learned.
It is about discovering that you do not have to maintain it.
Remaining is not effort.
Abiding is not performance.
Relationship does not disappear when you stop monitoring it.
This week, we are noticing what happens when we stop trying to stay spiritual.
Nothing new is added.
Nothing is intensified.
Nothing is improved.
We are learning to remain without strain.
Move gently.
Notice honestly.
Let relationship feel natural.
🕊️ We are learning to remain without striving.
Â
🕊️ DAY 43 — Trying to Stay
Illustration
Imagine holding your breath underwater.
Even if you are calm, part of you is managing how long you can last.
Sometimes we do that spiritually.
We subtly try to “hold” awareness.
Scripture Echo
📖 “Abide in Me…” — John 15:4
Question
Where did I notice myself trying to stay present or spiritual today?
Post in the chat:
“Today I noticed I was trying to ______.”
Examples, just to help you notice:
“Today I noticed I was trying to feel connected.”
“Today I noticed I was trying to monitor my thoughts.”
“Today I noticed I was trying to hold onto peace.”
“Today I noticed I was trying to stay spiritual during a conversation.”
“Today I noticed I was trying to do it right.”
Â
🕊️ DAY 44 — When Presence Is Natural
Illustration
Think of sitting with someone you trust deeply.
You are not trying to connect.
You simply are connected.
That is how abiding often feels.
Scripture Echo
📖 “The Lord is near.” — Philippians 4:5

Didn’t notice → Awareness may not have been presentÂ
Â
🕊️ DAY 45 — The Self-Check Habit

“Letting go felt calmer.”
“Letting go felt relieving.”

Remaining often looks ordinary.

Question
Where did awareness show up naturally in something normal today?
Post in the chat:
Walking / Working / Waiting / Resting / Praying / Didn’t notice

Awareness sometimes fades like that.
Returning does not require drama.

🌿 WEEK 26 CLOSING MESSAGE
This week was not about holding on.
It was about discovering
that you were already being held.
Relationship does not collapse
when effort relaxes.
The Holy Spirit is not sustained by your management.
He is present by covenant.
You are not maintaining God.
You are walking with Him.
Â
🕊️ WEEK 26 DECLARATION
In the mighty name of Jesus:
I remain without striving.
I abide without pressure.
I release self-monitoring.
I trust that relationship does not disappear when I stop managing it.
I am established.
I am steady.
I am held.
Amen.
