(Awareness • Non-Agreement • Living from Christ Within)
đź”” OPENINGÂ
Up to this point, you have:
- noticed what rises
- become aware of what forms
- seen what shapes your responses
This week, something becomes clearer.
👉 Not just what forms,
👉 but what begins to move.
You may notice:
- an urge to speak
- a pressure to react
- something starting internally
- a thought beginning to carry you
- a reaction trying to complete itself
You may also notice:
👉 moments where it does not continue the way it used to.
📖 “For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7
📖 “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind…” — Jeremiah 17:10
This week reminds us that God does not only see what we eventually say or do.
He sees the heart.
He sees what begins before it becomes behavior.
He sees the thought, the urge, the pressure, the reaction, and the place where agreement is either given or withheld.
So we are not watching ourselves to condemn ourselves.
We are becoming aware with God.
📖 “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
You are not learning something new.
👉 You are beginning to live from what is already true.
There is nothing to force.
Just notice:
- what begins
- what moves
- what seeks agreement
- what does not continue
- and what remains steady within you
🌿 THIS WEEK’S FLOW
As you move through the week, you may begin to notice moments where:
âś‹ something stops
🤲 something yields
🚪 something doesn’t continue
Not because you forced it.
👉 But because something within you is different.
⚠️ WHAT THIS WEEK IS NOT
This week is not about:
- controlling your responses
- suppressing thoughts or emotions
- trying to be calm
- doing better
If something appears, that is not failure.
If something begins, that is awareness.
If the Holy Spirit reveals something deeper, receive it without shame.
Â
👉 This week is not about correcting yourself through pressure.
It is about noticing with God what He is bringing into the light.
🧩 WEEK 37 POSTURE
“I notice what begins… and what happens next.”
🕊️ DAY 120 — WHEN SOMETHING BEGINS
🌊When this happens today:
- you hear something
- a thought comes to mind
- a feeling rises
👉 and you notice it starting inside
Respond
“I noticed ______ beginning…”
Or post: 🌊 (I noticed something beginning to move)
✔️ Examples:
“I noticed irritation beginning…”
“There was a response starting…”
🕊️ DAY 121 — WHEN THE URGE FEELS STRONG
🧲You receive a message…
or someone says something…
👉 and you immediately feel the need to respond
The urge can feel strong:
- to explain
- to reply
- to react
Even before anything happens externally.
Prompt
Watch for moments where the urge feels strong.
Respond
“I became aware of a strong urge to ______.”
Or post: 🧲 (I noticed a strong urge or pressure)
✔️ Examples:
“I felt a strong urge to explain.”
“There was pressure building to respond.”
“I didn’t like what was rising.”
🕊️ DAY 122 — DOES IT CONTINUE?
🌬️Something appears.
Something begins.
👉 And then…
movement may or may not continue.
Prompt
Notice something that begins… and whether it continues.
Respond
“Something began… and ______.”
Or post: 🌬️ (I noticed whether it continued or not)
✔️ Examples:
“A thought began… and continued.”
“A feeling began… and slowed.”
“Something started… and didn’t continue.”
🕊️ DAY 123 — SILENT DAY
🤫
🤫Today, no post is required.
Invitation
Notice moments where something begins…
👉 and what happens after.
(No response needed)
🔄 MID-WEEK CHECK-IN
Pause for a moment.
👉 Are you noticing more:
- what begins
or - the moment where it doesn’t continue?
You may also notice something else present…
👉 quiet, steady, not reacting
(No explanation needed)
🕊️ DAY 124 — REAL SCENARIO
🗣️You are in a conversation…
and someone says something that feels:
- unfair
- incorrect
- or uncomfortable
Something begins.
There is a pull to respond.
Prompt
Notice that moment today.
Respond
“I noticed ______ and ______.”
Or post: 🗣️ (I noticed what began and the urge to respond)
✔️ Examples:
“I noticed irritation and an urge to speak.”
“There was pressure and a need to explain.”
“I noticed irritation… and something steady underneath.”
🕊️ DAY 125 — WHAT DOESN’T COMPLETE
🌊You may be about to respond…
and something starts:
- a reaction forms
- a response begins
👉 but it doesn’t fully carry through
👉 Something can begin… and still not complete.
👉 Not everything that starts has to finish.
👉 Not everything that begins in you is you.
You may not always notice what stopped…
👉 only that it didn’t continue.
This is not willpower.
👉 This is life from Christ within.
Prompt
Notice if something begins—but doesn’t fully continue.
Respond
“I noticed ______ beginning…”
Or post: 🌊 (I noticed movement beginning but not completing)
✔️ Examples:
“I noticed irritation beginning…”
“There was a response forming…”
🕊️ DAY 126 — QUIET DAY
đź§Move through your day.
Notice.
If something stands out:
One word only.
Or no post.
🕊️ DAY 127 — INTEGRATION
đź§As you reflect on the week:
Not what changed outside…
👉 but what didn’t continue inside
👉 and what was present within you
Respond
“One shift I noticed was ______.”
Or post: 🧠(I am becoming governed)
✔️ Examples:
“I noticed things didn’t continue the same way.”
“I didn’t follow every thought.”
“Something stopped earlier.”
“I felt less carried by reactions.”
🌿 WEEK 37 CLOSINGÂ
This week was not about stopping what appears.
It was about noticing:
- what begins
- what builds
- what continues
- what does not
You may have seen:
Something can appear…
Something can begin…
👉 and it does not always continue the way it used to.
👉 Not everything that rises needs your agreement.
👉 Not everything that appears needs your participation.
👉 Not everything that begins needs to be completed.
👉 You are becoming unavailable to what once governed you.
🙏 Closing Prayer
Holy Spirit,
Thank You for showing me what rises within me.
Thank You for helping me see clearly
what begins, what builds, and what follows.
Teach me to remain aware—
without pressure,
without striving,
without needing to control.
I live from who I already am in Christ.
I stay open.
I stay aware.
I stay with You.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
