Apostle Janice James
Apostle Janice James is the founder and leader of Shammah Outreach Movement since its inception in 2006. She worked as a secondary school teacher for 21years before answering the call to full-time ministry
Apostle James started working for the Lord as a Sunday School teacher, then continued as a Sunday School Superintendent. She also led in worship, trained leaders, taught in bible school and ministered the word over the years.
In 2008 she was ordained as an Evangelist by Apostle Wilson of Connecticut and later in 2011 she was ordained as a Pastor by Apostle Gemma Valentine aided by Pastor Sam Phillip (deceased).
Because she has a divine call into the healing ministry, in 2012 she pursued training in the Be in Health For My Life and For Their Life programme which looked into the spiritual roots to sickness and disease.
She is also a personal development and life coach and uses her knowledge and skills to train and develop leaders and anyone interested in growing themselves in God.
Apostle James is also the author of two books: “Call to the Deep” and “How to Wait on the Lord.” She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Theology with Training Anchor Life and Business Development Academy where she serves on the Board of Directors. She is also on the advisory board of Woman of Prayer’s project for battered women.
She is married to Dr. Vanus James and is the mom of three and grandmom of precious twins, Jabari and Janae.
Her passion is to help people develop a Christ-Centred life while aligning them to their God-given purpose in Christ.
Prophetess Sherryann Hernandez
Prophetess Sherryann Hernandez has been a team member of Shammah for over fifteen years and she has experienced and witnessed the transforming power of God at work in this ministry. She can not only testify of God’s power in her own life but in the lives of many others as they submit to His processing. She desires to see the will of God accomplished on this earth and in the lives of His people.
She is an ordained fivefold ministry Prophet used as a voice to speak the word of God to the church and to individuals. She also ministers in the areas of preaching the word, ministering to the sick and works as a prophetic intercessor on special assignments.
Prophetess Sherryann has a passion to work with persons who desire to have a deep and intimate relationship with God because she believes as a person submits their life to the leading of the Holy Spirit He will take them along a path that will help them to grow and develop their intimacy with Him.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Marketing (BA Marketing) from the University of Anglia Ruskin. She is not only called to the Body of Christ but she is also called to the market place to be salt and light.
Prophetess Sherryann has been honoured to raise two children who are now adults and have made Jesus Christ their Lord and Saviour.

Minister Allayania Hendricks
Minister Allayania Hendricks is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ whose life was radically transformed after a personal encounter with Him in 2012. Since then, she has been passionate about sharing the love, healing, and hope found only in Christ.
She currently serves as a lawyer in Trinidad and Tobago, where she uses her profession not only to advocate for justice but also as a platform to minister God’s grace and truth to the broken. Beyond the courtroom, Allayania is a five-fold ordained Teacher who equips the saints through the Word. She loves to encourage others through her testimonies of God’s power to restore broken lives.
Her heart beats for helping people experience freedom, wholeness, and identity in Christ. Whether through writing, mentoring, or ministry, she desires that every life she touches comes to know the truth of God’s Word—that we are loved, chosen, and never beyond His reach.
In all she does, Minister Allayania’s mission is simple: to point people to Jesus, the One who changed her life forever.
