You are invited to walk this journey of spiritual sensitivity at a pace that allows the Holy Spirit to form you—not impress anyone.
🕊 DAY 1 — AWARENESS
He Is With Me
Pause for one minute and say quietly:
“Holy Spirit, I acknowledge You are with me.”
Be still and notice what happens internally.
Do not force anything.

“Holy Spirit, what is Your guidance here?”
Then act in peace.

If nothing stands out today, that’s okay. Awareness grows with time.
