πŸ”₯ FINISHING WELL: DECEMBER LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

Shammah Outreach Movement β€” Leadership Development Series

Β Theme: FINISHING WELL

Β INTRODUCTION & INSTRUCTIONS

What It Means to FINISH WELL

Finishing well is not about surviving the year.
Β It is about crossing the finish line:

✨ Aligned with God
 ✨ Free from excuses
 ✨ Strong in integrity
 ✨ Focused on your assignment
✨ Led by the Holy Spiritβ€”not emotion, fatigue, or self

The end of the year often exposes:

  • areas you neglected
  • patterns you allowed
  • attitudes that went unchallenged
  • disciplines that weakened
  • choices that shaped your results

This assessment will reveal:

πŸ”Ž Where you are spiritually, emotionally, and in character
Β πŸ”Ž Where your focus slipped
Β πŸ”Ž What God is highlighting for correction
Β πŸ”Ž What must be strengthened before you cross into the new year

Instructions

FINAL PRAYER OF ALIGNMENT

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask You to search me, align me, and prepare me to finish this year well.

Realign my heart, sharpen my focus, strengthen my discipline, and remove every distraction.
Β
Cut away every pattern that weakens my walk. Let every place of weakness become a place of grace.

As I cross into the new season, give me clean hands, a pure heart, and a Spirit-led mind.

I declare I will finish strong, faithful, obedient, and aligned.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
