Shammah Outreach Movement β Leadership Development Series
Β Theme: FINISHING WELL
Β INTRODUCTION & INSTRUCTIONS
What It Means to FINISH WELL
Finishing well is not about surviving the year.
Β It is about crossing the finish line:
β¨ Aligned with God
Β β¨ Free from excuses
Β β¨ Strong in integrity
Β β¨ Focused on your assignment
Β β¨ Led by the Holy Spiritβnot emotion, fatigue, or self
The end of the year often exposes:
- areas you neglected
- patterns you allowed
- attitudes that went unchallenged
- disciplines that weakened
- choices that shaped your results
This assessment will reveal:
π Where you are spiritually, emotionally, and in character
Β π Where your focus slipped
Β π What God is highlighting for correction
Β π What must be strengthened before you cross into the new year
Instructions
β Answer honestly β this is heart-work, not performance.
Β β Use a pen, notebook, or notes app.
Β β Do not rush. Sit with the Holy Spirit.
Β β Let this be a moment of alignment and clarity.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask You to search me, align me, and prepare me to finish this year well.
Realign my heart, sharpen my focus, strengthen my discipline, and remove every distraction.
Β
Cut away every pattern that weakens my walk. Let every place of weakness become a place of grace.
As I cross into the new season, give me clean hands, a pure heart, and a Spirit-led mind.
I declare I will finish strong, faithful, obedient, and aligned.
In Jesusβ name, Amen.
