📖 Week 7 – The Path to Inside-Out Transformation: 7-Step Process to Reshape Beliefs (Practical, Daily Steps to Freedom)

Theme Scripture — Romans 12:2 (TPT):
Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.

📅 Day 43 – Fri 19 Sept

Step 1 — Awareness: “What I confront, God can heal.”

Scripture — Psalm 139:23–24 (TPT):
God, I invite your searching gaze into my heart… See if there is any path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to your glorious, everlasting ways.

Focus: In quiet moments—or just before you engage someone you struggle with—notice the “butterflies” and the silent scripts shaping reactions (fear, people-pleasing, anger, self-pity, control, withdrawal, pride, shame, revenge, unforgiveness, betrayal, etc.).

3-Minute Prayer:
Father, search me. Expose hidden scripts and false beliefs shaping my emotions and responses. Replace denial with holy curiosity. Lead me into freedom, in Jesus’ name. Amen. (Pray in tongues for a minute if you can.)

Faith Declaration:
👉 I am not bound by hidden lies. The Spirit reveals, and I respond. (Post in the chat.)

10-Minute Activation (timed):

  1. Set a 10-minute timer.
  2. Pay attention to your body (flutter in the belly, tight chest, discomfort) as you think of a person, memory, or situation. Write one recurring emotion and one recurring thought/belief that comes with it.
  3. Complete this sentence three ways: “Underneath this feeling, I often believe __________.”
  4. Circle the clearest belief your spirit highlights. This is today’s target belief.

Evening Check-in:

  • When did this wrong belief try to speak today (or recently)?
  • What new awareness did I notice?

Scorecard: ___/3
Accountability: Text your partner: “I identified this wrong belief today: ______.”

📅 Day 44 – Sat 20 Sept

Step 2 — Reveal the Root: “The root determines the fruit.”

Scripture:

  • Matthew 3:10 (TPT): The axe is now ready to cut down the trees at their very roots…
  • Proverbs 4:23 (TPT): Guard the affections of your heart… for from there flows the wellspring of life.

Focus: Ask the Spirit when/where the lie started and what pain keeps it alive.

3-Minute Prayer:
Holy Spirit, reveal the root—memory, voice, moment, and wound. Shine Your light in hidden places and prepare me for healing.

Faith Declaration:
👉 The Spirit’s light exposes roots; truth breaks their power. (Post in the chat.)

10-Minute Activation (guided journal):

  • Lie I’m targeting: __________
  • First voice/memory that planted it: __________
  • The wound attached (fear, rejection, shame, anger, betrayal, disappointment, inadequacy, etc.): __________
  • Behaviour pattern it produced (2–3 examples): __________

Prophetic Act (1 min): Open your hands and say, “I refuse to carry this root another day.”

Evening Check-in:

  • What memory surfaced? How did God meet me there?

Scorecard: ___/3
Accountability: Share with your partner one root + one pattern you noticed.

📅 Day 48 – Wed 24 Sept

Step 6 — Curate Inputs: “What feeds you, forms you.”

Walk with the wise and become wise; a companion of fools suffers harm.

Focus: Audit inputs (people/media) and swap one draining source for a faith-building one.

Faith Declaration:
👉 I guard my gates; I feed on what builds faith. (Post in the chat.)

They conquered him through the blood of the Lamb and the powerful word of their testimony…
